10 Months

10 Months

Corbin is such a smiley and giggly little guy.  He is making more and more noises, babble talking,  and happy screams.  Corbin says "ma ma ma ma" when he is sad and "ada ada ada" when he is talking in the car. (definitely mommy and daddy)  He loves to wave, clap, and lift his hands in the air for "whoo pig."  Corbin is a pro at climbing UP the stairs and great at rolling down them. He loves to eat and will practically eat anything. (Including all the small little toys in Dakota's room).  Corbin has a total of 6 teeth.  He got the two middle ones on the bottom first and then the two outer teeth on top making him look a little like a vampire.  The top middle are just starting to poke through which is making him more fussy and clingy right now and definitely more vocal.  Corbin is probably going to walk soon as he loves to push toys around the room and can be found standing most of the time.  He will lock his knees when I try to sit him down.  He is so strong.  Corbin continues to sleep well at night and takes his consistent two naps during the day.  He has started to act bashful when we are around new people and sweetly puts his head on our shoulder.  Corbin loves peek-a-boo and is starting to be the one doing the hiding.  He is definitely a busy little guy but that just comes with the territory.  We love him so much and love to see him change and grow every day.

Tenessee Trip for Nanna's Birthday

We had a great time surprising GrandNana for her 90th birthday.  We decided somewhat last minute to all travel to Tennessee for the birthday and for a fun visit with Nanny and Papaw.  Patrick was only able to stay for two days because he had to get back to work on painting our house.  Dakota, Corbin, and I stayed for about 5 more days while Dakota stayed another 5 days by herself.  She did great and made so many sweet memories with Nanny and Papaw!
