Oahu, Hawaii
We were able to go to Oahu, Hawaii for our three year anniversary and our 'babymoon.' Some people go on their 'babymoon' to get pregnant, obviously that was not our reason. Our 'babymoon' meant that it was our last big trip before the baby comes. Throughout the week, we talked about how important it will be to go on little trips even when we have kids. I know that the grandparents wont mind babysitting. I have been reminded that my husband must always be more important than my children. Right now, it is easy to think about that because I love my husband so much. We have an amazing marriage. My favorite thing that Patrick says to me is, "You're my best friend." I want it to always stay that way. I know once children come along it will be hard to balance baby and our marriage, yet my desire is that we make our marriage a priority and that our children are not our lives (just a very important part of it). :)
