Big Sister is Growing Up

Within just a couple days our little toddler turned into quite the big girl.
1. Took down the crib (which we ended up having to put back up a week later)
2. Started wearing panties and going in the potty (definitely not potty trained yet)
3. Got rid of the loved paci (exchanged it at Walmart for a new toy)
4. Went to the dentist for the first time

5 Months

Corbin started to eat solids for the first time this month.  I can already predict that he will be an extremely messy eater as he insists on holding the spoon.  He continues to sleep through the night with an occasional wake up at 4:00 or 5:00a.m. Corbin has started to take longer naps again which is great in the afternoon when Dakota is also sleeping.  He has started to talk more with his favorite sound being mamamama.  Corbin continues to get himself into corners and tight places just by rolling around. I am confident this guy is going to be an early crawler.  Corbin is a happy fella and loves to smile at anyone who will smile back at him.

Easter in Nebraska

Corbin and Dakota did a great job as always with the 8 hours drive to Nebraska and back.  We decided to leave after work on Thursday which got us into Milford pretty late but the kids were fast asleep.  We had a great time together, and it was fun to watch Dakota play with her cousins.  We celebrated with the Eberspachers on Saturday and ate lunch on Sunday with Grandma and Dave and Jackie before having to head back home. Corbin and Dakota are so spoiled and loved on by their grandma and grandpa.
